Farm to table with our chefs

Step in our outdoor barbecue "Churrasqueira" and cook with our chefs - for grown ups, teens or kids from 5 years old. Learn how to get the best of super fresh produce — each session is tailored to the participant's wishes, from foraging in our vegetable garden, bread making to cleaning and preparing fishes – we aim to please, just ask!

~ For grown ups (80min session followed by a degustation)

Fish workshop with chef Paulo: foraging session in our orchard, followed by fish cleaning and prepping for ceviche, tigers’s milk preparation & degustation!

Bread making workshop with Pastry chef Jessica: bread baking, and foraging session in our orchard to source the veggies to use for the dips preparation

~ For little ones from 5 years old (1hr session)

Cookies or muffins baking with Pastry chef Jessica: foraging in our orchard to learn about herbs & gardening, and stimulates senses of your little one followed by the baking session

~ For teens from 12 years old (80min session followed by degustation)
