Your experience begins with a private foraging moment in our organic garden, harvesting seasonal herbs, greens, and edible flowers alongside Chef Marco. From soil to glass, mixologist Daniel will craft your first cocktail using freshly picked botanicals and citrus, a crisp introduction to the flavours of the estate. In our open kitchen, Chef Marco leads a hands on session shaped entirely by the day’s harvest and the freshest catch from the Algarve coast:
• A refined vegetable led starter highlighting just picked produce • A main course centred on seasonal fish or garden ingredients
You will be guided through essential techniques with a focus on precision, simplicity, and respect for each ingredient.
Throughout the experience, a selection of premium wines from our cellar will be served, carefully paired to enhance each dish.
To conclude, you will prepare a signature digestif cocktail using house infusions and contemporary mixology techniques.
