Executive chef Kirk Haworth has trained in the best Michelin kitchens around the world, including three Michelin starred ‘The French Laundry’. At Plates (where he is co-founder) he launched a very personal avant-garde style, uniquely and passionately cooking without meat, fish, dairy or refined sugar – all of which Plates have become known and loved for.
