Casa Mãe Recovery SPA Circuit

Softly layered in white and sandy beige, this blissful cocoon invites you to unwind in refined simplicity. Our 1h30 spa circuit is designed as a true recovery ritual, moving gently from stimulation to deep restoration.

It begins with a few laps in our 11-metre outdoor pool, chlorine-free and softly salted, with a sunny solarium terrace of loungers and tranquil views over the estate. Continue to the lower floor, where the circuit deepens: a sauna and steam room to release tension, followed by an invigorating cold plunge to awaken the body and revive circulation. Then sink into our heated salt-water hydrotherapy pool, beneath its shimmering mirrored ceiling, where many targeted jets knead away stiffness and ease tired muscles.

You conclude in our relaxation room, overlooking the mirror pool and the 16th-century walls of the old city. Here, cold aromatised water and stillness allow the body to fully recharge.

To protect the serenity of your experience, we welcome no more than four guests at a time, so your moment of wellbeing remains peaceful, private and intimate, under the Algarvian sun.
