Cooking Workshop with André Lança Cordeiro

This coming Sunday, we have the great pleasure to host Chef Andre Lanca Cordeiro's cooking workshop. The students will start with a short foraging session in our gardends and then will take over our kitchen for 2 hours of intense learning ;) ! The two plates that will be cooked with the Chef will present the French inspired cuisine of Chef Andre's new restaurant, the long-awaited Essencial which will open its doors in Lisbon next May. Being trained in Alain Ducasse School and having worked in Paris, in institutions such as Laperouse, Relais Louis XIII, and Au Comte de Gascogne, Andre masteries the classics of French cuisine, that he revisits to bring his Portuguese roots in each plates.
